POND’S SUN PROTECT NON OILY SUNSCREEN SPF 30 PA+++ UVA UVB

Last week I did mention my favourite and top affordable sunscreens available in Indian market which you can read here, but I did not mention anything about POND’S sunscreen as it is new in the market and I thought I should first try out the product and then share my views on it and whether it is worth your money or not. So I ordered the product and I got it just a week ago.

ABOUT PRODUCT:

POND’S has newly launched their sunscreen which comes in 2 variants – spf 30 and spf 50 and both are available in two sizes and is an affordable product. It claims that it prevents 5 skin damage problems – Skin Darkening, Redness, Uneven Skin Tone, Dark Spots, Fine Lines. It has a creamy texture, dermatologist tested and suitable for all skin types. Well, read further to know how it works and does it fulfill all it’s claims or not?

Let’s start with –

PACKAGING:

It comes in a very nice and bright and happy yellow colour tube and with every detail mentioned on it. They have mentioned all the ingredients and other details on the back side of tube and front side mentions the spf it has and the price. I like the packaging as its simple and common like other sunscreens. There is nothing extra ordinary with the packaging.

QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT:

This sunscreen has the same fragrance like other POND’S product which is quite pleasant and soothing as it has a very fresh smell and everybody will love it. It is of creamy texture and is not runny also not very thick, which I love as it is easy to blend and apply the product all over face and neck because there are some products which are thick and when you apply them they leave a whitish cast all over your face. This product doesn’t leave any whitish cast on face, it blends easily into your skin and gets absorbed within seconds.

MY OPINION:

I loved it and I am surely gonna use it this summer. It blends smoothly into my skin without leaving any kind of spots or marks. I have a combination skin type and a very sensitive skin and when I used it, it felt so soft and I didn’t feel any kind of irritation on my skin plus it was super lightweight so overall I loved this product.

DIRECTIONS TO USE:

Apply sunscreen everyday no matter whether it’s summer or winter. Apply it 30 minutes before leaving your home, apply evenly all over your neck hands face and other body parts especially the body parts which gets exposed in sun. If you are going to apply make-up, apply sunscreen before applying make-up.
